The Informed Librarian

The Informed Librarian is one of those resources that saves you time. This site lists the most recent tables of contents of over 300 library journals and periodicals so that you can review the most recent writings in the field. I plan to use this to stay informed of what is being published in the reference librarian field.

D-Lib Magazine

This is a publication of the Corporation for National Research Initiatives. The goal here is to keep professionals informed of new trends in the electronic reference world. I will be using electronic reference materials in my job duties and need to stay informed about trends and new developments in the electronic research community.

RUSQ

RUSQ is the Reference & User Services Quarterly, a publication of the Reference and User Services Association. It is dedicated to sharing information to librarian professionals who are involved in providing user services. This site contains articles on a variety of reference topics. This will be a regular read for me, as the RUSA organization sets the standard for quality reference delivery.
